A Brief Summary of a few of our Tours

Los Chorros
Los Charros is located in beautiful Tacares and is only a few Kilometers from Grecia Center. Get ready to witness the most beautiful waterfalls, River and walking paths where you will hear the beautiful sounds of the Birds all around you.
La Paz Waterfall and Gardens
In Spanish, it is known as Catarata de La Paz. It is 31 kilometres (19 mi) north of Alajuela, between Vara Blanca and Cinchona.
The waterfall is located immediately alongside the road from Alajuela that leads to the northern plains of Costa Rica. The River La Paz forms the waterfall after traversing 8 kilometres (5 mi) of volcanic terrain, and then continues through the rainforest of the eastern side of Poás Volcano. A short path leads behind the waterfall, where a small shrine had been located. Upstream from the waterfall is La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a hotel and park, where visitors can observe many different species of local wildlife.
 Poas Volcano
The Poás Volcano, (Spanish: Volcán Poás), is an active 2,708-metre (8,885 ft) stratovolcano in central Costa Rica and is located within Poas Volcano National Park. It has erupted 40 times since 1828, including April, 2017 when visitors and residents were evacuated.[2] The volcano and surrounding park are currently closed indefinitely, with a 2.5 kilometer safety perimeter established around the erupting crater.

It's only a short walk to the Worlds Second Largest Crater once you arrive and after having driven through some magnificent countryside. You can view and enjoy the beauty of the original Crater, now called "Botos Lake" as well as grab a coffee at the Cafe or purchase souvenirs.
In the center of town, as in most towns in Costa Rica, you will find the Church. In this case however, it will be the detailed religious paintings done in pastel stencil that make Zarcero's church stand out from others. Take a walk through the 16 green Arches in front of the church. Aside from the arches, you will find manicured shrubbery fashioned as various animals.
